Worth the price for a branded hotel like Eastin. Big and comfortable room. Nearby to the places I planned to visit.

No complimentary car park, but still ok at a flat RM3 rate per entry. The toilet cleanliness can be better. The exact location may need some updates in the map.

Love the nice smell in the corridor and also the pool towels. Worth the price. You get what you pay for. Basic amenities and facilities. Bath tub is a plus point for the kids. Pool is nice but it was raining so at least the kids get to play in the bath tub. Tv channel and movie selection are nice.

I'm not a picky eater but somehow I feel like something is off with the food. We went for dinner and breakfast. Some foods are nice but some feels off. Breakfast selection is great nevertheless.

I stayed the for 2 nights and have to pay RM150/night means if you stay there a week, RM150 x 7 = RM1050. In my case, I pay for my room rate & deposit RM300, the receptionist gave me a receipt with her handwriting and i told her to write the amount of deposit that she took from me as well, she refused by telling me it is the procedure of all hotels to take deposit before check in. Not in a mood to argue, I left the counter. the next day I checked out and another receptionist returned my deposit but with lesser amount. She came up with various reasons and she printed 2 receipts with 2 number (both less than RM300). I stood in front of her desktop and told her to do the calculation again and i saw she purposely key in the wrong number. She was caught red handed and eventually returned the right amount of money. So fishy strategy played by this hotel. They didn't change the bed sheets when i checked it. The room smells like a men's perfume, so as the pillow case.

Food is good + rooms are quite big + bathroom is big.

Its dated, feels like 80s, needs refurbishment or redesign. TV too small, channels limited selection.

Didn't have time for breakfast.

Housekeeping should update the frontdesk on what's taken from fridge and top up. That will make checkout more efficient and fast.

Strategic location. Polite staff eventhough not necessarily efficient in some aspect.

the qiblat. direction was not certified by islamic body & it was different even for the room next to each other. Please do something about it. Thank you

Everything was excellent. The staff, the bed, the bathroom, it was all luxurious, clean and comfortable. The lobby and hotel restaurants are beautifully decorated. It’s very affordable and at the same time it’s a luxury hotel. The restaurants have creative menus, are very nice with great staff, and serve very nice dishes. The buffet is impressive. Overall I was incredibly impressed.

Spacious room. Breakfast was ok with variety of choices. i like the shower, the water flow was at high pressure. Bed was so comfy. Ironing facility (iron and ironing board) provided in the room. The hotel is situated quite in the middle of the city next to highway, no convenience shop such as 7E or eatery within walking distance. But if you drive your own transport, even midvalley megamall is not so far away probably within less than 5km, University of malaya around 3km. Hotel also provides shuttle bus but at certain time intervals to nearby LRT station.

The room was not so sound proof so you could hear kids from next door shouting and crying and also people from next door singing in his room.

This place is good for office gathering or business conferences.

This Hotel is surrounded by offices so it is very lively during days. Nothing much you can see here at night.

We booked a room with large bed, but we got twin beds joined togather. Kind off disappointed with booking app when it says got option of choosinf your bed preference but the availability is questionable. Thus the stay experience wasnt great after a long day

This trip we stayed 3 days. Our room was upgraded to Junior Suite, we are very happy and feel grateful. Generally it is a nice comfortable hotel.

The pillow is too soft for me, it make my neck very uncomfortable for all 3 days stays,. The hotel should have different type of pillows for the guest to choose.

Room was big and comfortable with reasonable views. Excellent location within easy walking distance of MRT and Section 17 restaurants. Very obliging staff.

Breakfast had to cater for multiple cultures so was a little limited for each.
